Responsibility for HELLA's HR standards (job evaluation, level and title structure) globally as well as compensation & benefits for its German activities and HR controlling. Manag-ing a team of 12 specialists. Developed and successfully implemented a new HR report-ing system and structure for HELLA's plants and subsidiaries in 15 countries. Presented and successfully introduced new pay grades and title structure for HELLA's senior management population ("Leitende Angestellte"). Represented HELLA in the employer's association tariff commission negotiating updates to the German metal industry's collective agreements on salaried workers and employed staff status with the union representatives.

HR-Head Compensation & Benefits at Citicorp Deutschland AG, the German holding company of Citigroup's retail banking business in Germany. Citigroup is the world's largest financial services group, and its German retail banking operation with some 5.400 staff and 300 branches is highly successful in the German market and accounts for almost 85% of joint Western European retail banking profits of Citigroup.

Responsibility for all of Citibank Germany compensation and benefits inclusive of operational HR-line responsibility for the bank's senior management population ("Leitende Angestellte") and its executive boardmember team (Vorstand). Managing Citibank's central payroll operation with a team of 15. Member of the European compensation team. Full management responsibility for Citibank Germany's company pension and its highly popular staff-participation wealth-building programme as managing director with over 3.800 members. Introduced and successfully marketed to the local population Citigroup's global stock option and stock purchase programmes, increasing participation by 50% each for two consecutive offerings. Introduced a number of variable pay programmes linking performance to pay-levels both at senior management level ("Leitende Angestellte") as well as performance driven incentives to the sales organization.
Implemented a modern HR management system database based on PeopleSoft as local data repository and work tool and part of a global data warehouse initiative.
